As Save the Children’s Education Advisor from 1993 - 2003 Marion coordinated the production of a series of handbooks on the challenges of trying to improve education for the world’s most disadvantaged children:

Originally intended for Save the Children’s own staff, the books have been used by people in many other agencies, been translated into a number of languages and are used around the world. Written in jargon-free language and illustrated with examples from practical projects, they provide an introduction to anyone interested in learning about these issues.
